Taylormade Residential have been building quality homes on the Central Coast, Newcastle/ Hunter Region and Northern Beaches of NSW since 2009. Taylormade Residential is owned and operated by Phil Taylor, a qualified licensed builder who has been a very successful part of the building industry for over 25 years.

Taylormade Residential specialises in building individually designed quality homes. Phil and his team focus on delivering "CTI" Commitment, Teamwork and Integrity throughout the whole process of design, construct and completion.

We understand that building a new home can be one of the most exciting, important and emotional & financially engaging times in your life. It can be overwhelming at some times and it can be an extremely rewarding at other times, but when you are ready to embark on the journey of a new home build, you need the right builder, when you build with Taylormade Residential you will come out with a beautifully designed and constructed home, feeling an immense sense of satisfaction and pride in what has been achieved together with you and your builder.
